Shipping policy

Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

United States delivery

US Standard Shipping is $8 and normally arrives in 5–8 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free on US orders of $70 or more.

International delivery

International Standard Shipping is $12 and normally arrives in 8–12 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free on international orders of $90 or more.

Express and expedited services

Express, courier, and expedited delivery services are not eligible for free shipping. If an expedited service is available, its price and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

When an order ships, tracking is sent to the email used at checkout. You can also visit the Order Tracking page.

Customs and duties

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included unless explicitly shown at checkout. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs or carrier delays outside our control.
