These Terms of Service govern your use of baggyclothing.co and purchases from BAGGY. By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your place of residence. Information supplied when creating an account or placing an order must be accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.

2. Products

We aim to describe products, colors, measurements, materials, and availability accurately. Screens may display colors differently, and denim washing or finishing may create natural variations between pieces. Descriptions, prices, and availability may change without notice.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order if inventory is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, pricing is clearly incorrect, purchase limits are exceeded, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping, taxes, duties, and import charges may be added where applicable. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

5. Shipping and delivery

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges information and Refund Policy. Items must meet the stated eligibility requirements and receive approval before being sent back.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, use the Services unlawfully, or violate the rights of BAGGY or any third party.

8. Intellectual property

BAGGY names, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, copy, videos, and site design are owned by or licensed to BAGGY. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

9. Third-party services

Our store may use Shopify and other providers for payments, analytics, shipping, support, and store functionality. Third-party services operate under their own terms. BAGGY is not responsible for services controlled by third parties.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you send reviews, images, ideas, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and lawful. We request permission before featuring identifiable customer content.

11. Disclaimers and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAGGY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms for operational or legal reasons. The latest version takes effect when posted unless applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
